How is total season game count calculated?+
Every match involves two teams, so Total Games = (Number of Teams × Guaranteed Games per Team) ÷ 2. For example, an 8-team division where every team plays 8 games requires 32 total games.
Should we include referee fees inside the team registration fee?+
Most modern indoor and 7v7 leagues roll referee fees into the upfront division price so captains and referees never have to handle cash at the field. If your facility still collects ref fees at kickoff, set Referee Pay per Game to $0 in Operator Mode, or add it in Captain Split Mode.
How does the calculator account for Stripe or Square card processing?+
Online card payments typically cost 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Both the break-even team fee and the recommended division fee factor in card processing on the gross amount so your net margin isn't eroded by payment fees.
Why does Captain Split Mode round player dues up to the next dollar?+
Rounding up to whole dollars prevents captains from coming up short when dividing an odd team fee across players and creates a small buffer for team balls, tape, or late drop-offs.
